A bespoke plan tailored to your exact budget, space constraints, comfort, and practical goals. A comprehensive DIY action guide packed with clear next steps and a summary of suggested furniture and decor purchases. You make the changes yourself, keeping your expenses minimal.

How I Help You
Let's unlock the true potential of your holiday home. I'll come over to meet you at your holiday home. First, we will look at your space to see what is working, what to declutter, and where we can make high-impact upgrades. Next, I design a custom look for your rooms and build a shopping list that respects your budget.
The Next Step
After we chat through the ideas and you approve the vision, I take care of everything else.
I can personally buy the decor unless of course you prefer to do so and I will style the entire property from top to bottom.
What You Receive
A beautiful, fully finished property ready for guests—with absolutely zero effort required from you. Simply hand over the keys and enjoy the big reveal!
Your Investment:
Styling Fee from £750 (with you deciding how much to spend on the actual items according to your budget)
3. Sales Staging & Dressing
Perfect for private owners and private sellers looking to flip a property faster and command a higher asking price.
How I Help You
Let's get your holiday home sold. I'll come over to meet you at your holiday home. First, we will look at your space to see what is working, what to declutter, and where we can make high-impact upgrades if we need to, to get that sale. Next, I design a custom look for your rooms and build a shopping list that respects your budget.
The Next Step
After we chat through the ideas and you approve the vision, I take care of everything else.
I can personally buy the decor unless of course you prefer to do so and I will style the entire property from top to bottom. We then agree a date that I come in and do the transformation for you.
What’s Included: An initial visit followed by a half-day on-site styling transformation. That's paired with a complete, curated shopping list of the exact finishing touches - cushions, throws, décor, etc. needing to purchased to get your listing photos looking immaculate.
Your Investment: from £500 (Depending on the accommodation size and scope of the project)

Perfect for structural and aesthetic transformations of older or dated holiday homes.
