Transform an outdated park home inside and out to maximize sale speed and profit.

The Process:

On the exterior, I swapped bay windows for modern doors, replaced dated leaded glass with clear double glazing, and painted the shell bright white. Inside, I added a sleek suspended ceiling with spotlights, updated flooring, and gave the walls a fresh, warm color palette. I retained the existing bedroom units and bed bases but modernized them with new hardware, mattresses, and high-end furniture. A hands-on approach using local traders allowed me to deliver a 5-star, turnkey luxury finish.
